Title : Realistic evaluation of a job retention program after breast cancer.
The aim of her thesis work is to carry out a realistic evaluation of the FASTRACS breast cancer job retention programme, by assessing the implementation, process and mechanisms of effect of the intervention. This evaluation will provide a better understanding of how and why the randomised controlled trial worked or did not work, by studying the trajectories of study participants and the implementation of the intervention.
